We are launching in the App Store and Google Play soon. Join the early-access list and we will email you the day it goes live. First churches get onboarding help from our team.
How much will it cost?

Free for volunteers, always. Early-access churches get everything free during the pilot, and founding-church pricing will be announced at launch. Ministry budgets are real budgets; we price like we know that.
I am not tech-savvy. Will I be able to use it?

That is exactly who we built it for. Leaders can set up a whole event by simply saying it in their own words, like “Youth pizza night Friday at 6, need 2 drivers”, and EventFlow drafts the event, tasks and invites for you to approve. One tap and it is published.
What does a volunteer actually see?

Three things: their next event, what they signed up to bring or do, and a check-in button when they arrive. No feeds, no clutter. If plans change, the app tells them.
How do my volunteers get on it?

Leaders send a simple invite link by text or email. Volunteers tap it, enter their name, and they are in their group. No forms, no training meeting needed.
Can one person be a leader in one ministry and a volunteer in another?

Yes. Roles live per group, so the worship leader who also helps at the food pantry sees the right view in each place, and can switch anytime.
Is our church’s information private?

Yes. Your groups, contact lists and events are visible only to the people you invite. We do not sell data or run ads. Ever.
